Today that is on dated 03/10/2013 Mr. Rajendra
Kumar Tosh , the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kandhamal District of Odisha , India had convicted and sentenced
to life imprisonment and a fine of Rupees ten thousands each to maoist leader , Pulari Rama Rao alias Uday and his seven
other associates for the murder of Viswa Hindu Parishad leader , Swamy Laxmanananda Saraswati and four of his
disciples in Jaleshpatta Ashram in the year , 2008 .
